EGL Diamond Monthly Support Package

Introduction
This document explains the details of the various EGL monthly support packages offered by Royal Cyber, Inc. This includes the pricing details and the support details for Diamond Package.

Diamond package Includes

• Experienced EGL resources
  Our EGL resources are IBM EGL certified and they have more than 3 years’ of experience in EGL; dedicated EGL resources will be allocated for each project. Also we have EGL UI designers, who know how to design templates for EGL in terms of Web 2.0 amp;


• Software Design Document (SDD):
  Software Design document (SDD) will be created to show an overall architecture of the application. More detailed specification of data design & procedural design will be documented.
